This opportunity is remote within the United States.Job Summary This position is responsible for leading an enablement team to provide the sales team with the learning materials content training material and resources necessary to drive growth and success at Henry Schein One. Partnering with the sales product and marketing teams the Sales Enablement Manager will drive the team to develop execute and manage impactful data-driven solutions to transform and optimize the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of the team and their impact on revenue growth.What you will doWork closely with a team of direct reports to remove obstacles improve processes coach on product knowledge and sales skills to achieve meaningful enablement aligned to company goalsExhibits excellent knowledge of company products pricing practices and selling skillsWork with sales and marketing leaders to develop execute optimize and assess the sales enablement programDetermine sales enablement priorities with sales and marketing stakeholdersCommunicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholdersBuild a trusted relationship and partnership at all levels within the company enablement specialists sales managers and sales reps begin to build partnerships externallyServe as a liaison between sales marketing and product teamsWork with sales training and product education teams to provide effective onboarding training and mentoring programs for Henry Schein One sales repsCoordinate educational content for ongoing trainingFacilitate sales focused content creation and use with sales and marketing teamsGather and relay feedback to continuously improve the enablement strategyUse performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales teamManage and maintain sales enablement platform to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers needProvide regular reports on key sales enablement analytics for sales and marketing leadershipManage multiple priorities and tasksDrive change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with Marketing Sales and Product teamsResolve complex issues in effective waysTravel/Physical DemandsTypically less than 10%. No special physical demands are required.QualificationsMust have:Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience1 years of managerial experienceTypically a bachelors degree or global equivalent in related disciplineDemonstrated success in sales enablement marketing operations business operations or similar roleDemonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysisProven experience in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAgile self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively cross-functionally with Marketing Sales and Product teamsExperience managing sales enablement software (e.g. Showpad HubSpot Highspot)Experience with content management and learning management systems and ability to train sales team on use of sales enablement platformStrong understanding of SalesforceAdvanced understanding of territory management including segmentation and modelingProven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of industry practicesHigh proficiency with tools systems and procedures Good planning/organizational skills and techniques Good decision making analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-taskNice to have:Masters degree or global equivalent May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advanceThe posted range for this position is $103000.00 - $129000.00 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role.
