Our promise is to provide outstanding service as it remains to be our first and foremost mission.Position Summary: As a Sales Operations Manager for Pyle you will work closely with Sales leadership and support the Sales organization by optimizing processes managing data integrity and analysis representing sales on CRM committee enabling strategic growth initiatives and improving cross-functional work flows between sales marketing customer service and pricing. The ideal candidate is highly analytical detail-oriented and experienced in managing systems and processes that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:Designing implementing and continuously refining sales processes to improve conversion rates efficiency and forecasting accuracyMonitoring and analyzing sales KPIs pipeline metrics and team performance to identify opportunities for improvementPartnering with leadership to set sales targets quotas and incentive plans that align with company goalsPartnering with Sales Leadership to standardize best practices across territories and teamsIdentifying bottlenecks and proposing automation or workflow improvementsAssisting with territory optimization and account assignment functionsConducting pipeline analysis forecasting and territory performance reviews to support strategic decision-makingWorking with BI and data teams to develop and manage customer and performance reporting dashboards and forecastingAssisting with customer facing reporting and presentation needsPerforming ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision making and board-level reportingAssisting with design and administration of Sales compensation programWorking with Salesforce administrator BI Technology and Sales leadership to streamline sales activities enhance productivity and ensure accurate and consistent data across platformsAssisting with onboarding new representatives and continuous learning on Sales tools technology and processesDriving adoption of digital sales tools automation and analytics platformsManaging and optimizing Sales and Pricing workflows related to RFI RFP and bid managementLiaising between Sales Operations Pricing Technology and Customer Service teams to support successful customer onboardingAdministering the Customer Executive Sponsorship Program coordinating alignment between senior executives and strategic customer accounts to strengthen relationships and retentionAdministering and coordinating a Presidents Club Program including criteria development communications logistics and recognition eventsTo be qualified for this position you must possess the following: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or related field5 years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or related analytical roleProficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Excel BI tools (Tableau Power BI Looker) and data hygiene practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProcess-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvementFamiliarity with sales compensation design and modelingTrack record of implementing process improvements that enhance sales efficiencyFamiliarity with transportation/logistics servicesAbility to coach and lead team membersFor a full job description associated with this posting please contact A.
