If youre passionate about developing your career while helping others along the way come join the Broadridge team.Broadridge is seeking a Manager (Director) Software Engineering to join the Global Technology Organization at Broadridge to lead our Digital Archive engineering teams across North America and India. These teams design support and extend Broadridges Digital Archive platforms enabling clients to store and retrieve digital documents efficiently and securely.As the Engineering Manager you will oversee day-to-day operations ensure platform stability lead project execution and guide continuous improvement through Agile practices. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills technical knowledge in Perl Python and Linux and the ability to manage distributed teams and client-driven initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage geographically distributed teams supporting the Digital Archive platform.Oversee the delivery of client projects ensuring commitments are met on schedule within scope and budget.Coordinate project activities across development infrastructure operations and client-facing teams.Track and report Agile metrics and project performance to leadership and stakeholders.Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with other technology and business teams.Technical and Operational OversightEnsure the stability performance and scalability of production environments.Supervise the development and maintenance of Perl and Python scripts that extend and automate functionality (e.g. file ingestion document output system integration).Support incident response and root cause analysis for production issues driving problem resolution and system resiliency improvements.Maintain strong awareness of IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) capabilities and apply that knowledge to optimize platform usage and development practices.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field8 years of experience in software development or application system environments5 years of experience leading software engineering or technical support teamsHands-on experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand or similar enterprise document management systemsProficiency with Perl and Python scripting in a Linux environmentDemonstrated experience managing technical projects with distributed teamsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics (e.g. velocity sprint deliverables throughput)Excellent organizational communication and collaboration skills including cross-team and client-facing interactionsPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial services or large enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with Java DB2 or similar relational database technologiesExperience implementing automation API integrations or cloud migration initiativesProven success improving platform reliability and operational efficiencyCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $155000 - $165000.Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.Bonus Eligibility: Bonus EligibleBenefits Information: Please visit for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings. for this role.All Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and other legally required benefits as applicable.Apply by clicking the application link and submitting your information.
