The Manager helps ensure technology processes are consistent enabled measured and improved to drive quality in Technology Services. The Manager is also responsible for hiring training and leading a mid-size team of employees and contractors as neededthat understand and demonstrate the culture and values of Technology ServiceJob DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesManage the process of designing developing deployingand maintaining tools and processes to support operations for Technology.Lead team to document and educate users about relevant processes.Ensure alignment between processes and toolsets modifying systems where needed to deliver desired results.Measure and improve process and tool maturity and compliance.Oversee execution of operational activities and measure process quality and compliance (incident handling process execution etc.)Establish roadmap to maintain currency incorporate new features and delivery TS objectives through technology solutions.Partner with other teams to identify dependencies and align roadmaps.Education Experience & Skill RequirementsExperience gained through college degree programs orcertifications in Information SystemsBusiness orComputerScience10 years of working in an OT or Engineering environment3-5 years of technology team management experienceExcellent interpersonal communication and teaming skills.Ability to navigate technology environment and work effectively with multiple teams.Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable.Ability to learn quickly be self motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges. Ability to prioritize requests to deliver highest-impacting items first.Articulate business value of solutions within their scope.
