At closing perform closing procedures ensure everything is ready for leaving at the end of the day cash banks have been returned and all buildings are locked and alarms have been set.Required Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesHigh degrees of self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team within the scope of established rules and regulations.Ability to drive a non-air-conditioned trolley or conch train in a safe competent manner on busy public streets or driving on company property.Ability to learn to hire plan organize direct and coordinate the work of assigned personnel; ability to provide leadership training counsel motivation disciplining staff; processing grievances and constructive performance reviews to staff securing their commitment to the department and company goals.Ability establish and maintain professional effective working relationship and negotiate conflict with people at all levels of an organization (both inside and outside the company)Ability to identify gather and analyze information exhibit sound and accurate judgement and make timely decisions.QualificationsRelated college degree preferredPrior management experience preferredValid Florida Class C or higher CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements (Will train to acquire a CDL. Must obtain a CDL in the first month of employment)Acceptable driving record for the past three yearsOther RequirementsMust pass pre-employment MVR/background check and substance abuse testing.TWIC Pass Federal background check Key West Port Pass requiredHave a passion for helping people and making their Key West experience a memorable one.
