The Role:AFM is seeking a Training and Collections Manager to lead manage and take full accountability for new hire training ongoing employee development and the performance of the collections team. This is a hybrid role that involves conducting new hire training overseeing file management auditing portfolios evaluating collection call recordings overseeing ongoing employee development and ensuring assigned accounts are worked in alignment with AFMs collection strategy and client expectations. The Training and Collections Manager will also be responsible for team training and development driving operational efficiency and maintaining compliance standards. This position reports directly to AFMs Senior Vice President of Operations Al Rossman.
