Apply now to join One team One Kroll.RESPONSIBILITIES:Our Transaction Advisory Services Managing Directors lead buy/sell-side and lender financial tax pension and information technology due diligence for both financial/strategic buyers and lenders.Identifying key opportunities to provide management post transaction assistanceEstablishing marketing plans targets and acceptable levels of prospect activityDeveloping strategy for building a practice and client baseAssuring sound application of project management principles and quality assurance at all stages and phases of projectsAdvising project managers as necessary on progress client expectation management and maintaining utilization and realizationCreating sustaining and leveraging board and senior management-level relationships throughout the business communityDelivering presentations to potential clientsManage client relationships; identify and develop opportunities to enhance relationships with existing clients/contacts and new potential businessRecruit train develop and evaluate professional and administrative staffIdentify cross-marketing opportunities within and across Kroll practice areasManage teams of all levels of professional staff to ensure effective professional time utilizationDemonstrate support in advancing company and office objectives of profitability professionalism and teamwork with colleagues and clientsREQUIREMENTS:Bachelors in Accounting Economics Finance or an MBAMinimum of 12years related accounting or finance work experienceProven experience in M&A advisory accounting and financial due diligence purchase accounting and advising on sale and purchase agreements and purchase price disputesCandidates must have a portable book of businessFinancial due diligence for private equity and strategic buyers a plusDemonstrated record of leadership and effective management in matrixed organizationsDemonstrated interpersonal communication marketing sales and organizational skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on Word and ExcelPublic Accounting experience CPA a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communitiesExperience working with diverse teamsIn order to be considered for a position you must formally apply via .Kroll is committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
