Role Description

We are searching for a passionate and professional Managing Pharmacist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Lodi, Wisconsin location. The Pharmacist's responsibilities include preparing and dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper use and potential side effects, managing medication inventories, and ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations. As a valued team member, the Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care and actively promote health and wellness initiatives within the community.


Qualifications

  • Licensure and expertise in pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively counsel patients, provide healthcare advice, and build trusted relationships within the community.
  • Knowledge of managing inventories, maintaining quality control, and ensuring the proper storage of medications.
  • Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centric care and address individual health needs.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  • Professional licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems is preferred.
  • Commitment to patient well-being and promoting healthy lifestyles.
