Your Role as Medical Director
You’re the visionary. The culture-shaper. The high-standards champion.
You will:
Elevate clinical quality and help shape medical protocols
Mentor doctors and technicians to grow their skills and confidence
Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial health, recruiting, scheduling & KPIs
Lead strategic planning, drive innovation, and make our workflows shine
Strengthen client education, retention, and community visibility

Compensation
💰 $115K–$150K base salary
💥 Production bonuses
🎉 Generous signing bonus?Relocating MDVMs receive $20,000 or more towards stress-free relocation assistance with our corporate relocation partner!
