beautiful Lake Erie—is looking for a Managing Veterinarian / Medical Director
to guide our hospital into its next exciting chapter.About the RoleAs the Managing Veterinarian / Medical Director, you will
play a key leadership role by:
Overseeing all aspects of medical operations, from
protocols to case management
Leading and mentoring our team of associate
veterinarians and support staff
Ensuring full compliance with veterinary regulations
and licensure requirements
Driving strategic growth through innovative clinical
and operational initiatives
Monitoring financial performance, budget planning,
and key hospital metrics
Collaborating with the Hospital Manager to improve
client experience and practice efficiency

living.What We're Looking For
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Active Pennsylvania veterinary license (or ability to
obtain)
Previous leadership or management experience is a
plus
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented
approach
