Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and co-manage a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals alongside a hospital manager, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure optimal patient care, quality standards, and efficiency.
- Work closely with hospital manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Implement and optimize processes to increase productivity and streamline workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, medical standards, and practice policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve practice performance.
Competitive annual base salary for fulltime: $120,000-$150,000 base plus production based on experience and bonus potential
