Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Experienced Assemblers.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including : Associate and Mid Level Manufacturing Assemblers.Position ResponsibilitiesMust have the ability to complete the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to obtain and maintain all required certifications.Comply with Boeing Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.Ability to adhere to high standards of safety and quality.Comply with Boeing Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.Ensure your work conforms to engineering drawings and specifications has First Pass Quality (FPQ) and is free from Foreign Object DebrisPerforms production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies equipment and accessories using manual operations.Verify kitted parts against installation plans and bill of materials for accuracy and suitability.Apply sealants primers and adhesives compounds as required by working instruction.Install fasteners in the correct sequence using appropriate tools adhering to specifications.Inspect completed work for defects ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and report any job handicaps.Move kits carts and equipment within the work cell to facilitate workflow and maintain personal and tool certifications.Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by participating in the design fabrication and testing of new concepts and technology.undefinedPhysical Demands and Potential HazardsPerform physical tasks that include lifting weights up to 35 lbs.Adapt to varying and high noise and vibrationsUtilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes hands/arms and feet while performing job duties.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)Ability to work a variable shift (1st or 2nd).Candidates are required to be able to accurately differentiate between Red/Orange/Yellow/Green/Blue etc colors for safety of flight and safety of test displays during real time flight test missions1 years experience in manufacturing automotive construction aerospace or similar industry; this can include military experience1 years experience following oral and written instructions in the form of blueprints drawings work instructions1 years of experience using hand tools and/or hand-held power toolsExperience working with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).Ability to recognize colors.Ability to wear hearing protection (ear inserts canal caps earmuffs); eye protectionAbility to use hazardous chemicals (sealants paint and primers)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Understands the organizations vision goals and objectives; lead team to excel in daily performance and achieve higher levels of safety quality and efficiencyLeads with understanding of the BPS standards.
