The Manufacturing Associate role plays a critical part in keeping machines running, maintaining product quality, and supporting shipping and production tasks that keep the facility operating efficiently.

The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Operate CNC and production machines that are already set up
  • Load and unload parts per work instructions
  • Perform simple assembly tasks
  • Conduct basic in-process inspections to detect quality issues
  • Verify certifications and documentation against prints and routers
  • Maintain production records and ensure paperwork is accurate
  • Assist team members to keep multiple machines running
  • Support shipping and miscellaneous production needs as assigned
  • Follow safety, quality, and GMP standards

Machines, Tools & Equipment

You'll work with:

  • Production CNC machines (pre-set)
  • Basic measuring tools: calipers, micrometers (training provided)
  • Assembly and finishing tools
  • Computer systems for documentation and job tracking

Materials You'll Work With

  • Aluminum
  • Stainless Steel
  • Specialty alloys
  • Medical-grade materials

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
  • Basic math and measurement aptitude
  • Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Team-oriented with strong reliability

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Prior manufacturing or production experience
  • Experience using calipers or micrometers
  • CNC exposure (operator-level)
