Find your future with us.Boeing San Antonio is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level) to become part of the F-15 EPAWSS Production Engineering team in San Antonio TX.Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-pressure fast-paced environment and must be able to operate within a multi-functional team coordinating with various departments.The successful candidate will join the Manufacturing Engineering team where they will provide engineering support for manufacturing build processes.Position Responsibilities: Supports the manufacturing planning in a production/MRO environment and implements manufacturing plans on the factory floorDevelops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectivesDevelops implements and maintains various manufacturing plans Bill of Materials work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configurationDevelops and implements production and tooling methodologiesPerforms producibility assessments for part or product designsProvides producibility input to design manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedulesDevelops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitmentsValidates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problemsInvestigates and resolves manufacturing related issues of significant impact to performance cost or scheduleBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statementLevel 2: 2 years of work related experience and a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of work related experience and technical educationLevel 3: 5 years of work related experience and a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of work related experience and technical educationSelected candidate must be able to work on 2nd ShiftPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):Five or more years related work experience in Production or MRO PlanningAircraft/Aerospace industry experience. Familiarity with Manufacturing Operations Manufacturing Planning engineering drawings and specificationsKnowledge of manufacturing planning systems (GOLDesp) and ship side installation support preferredRelocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
