Key Responsibilities Develop optimize and document manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost reduction. Design evaluate and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions (NPI) to ensure manufacturability. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles. Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
