Key Responsibilities Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality. Design validate and improve tooling fixtures and production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues root cause analysis and corrective actions. Lead new product introduction (NPI) by establishing manufacturing methods and process flows. Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation work instructions and process specifications. Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction yield improvement and capacity optimization.
