Key Responsibilities Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality. Design procure and qualify tooling fixtures and production equipment. Identify troubleshoot and resolve production issues implementing corrective actions. Support new product introduction (NPI) from design transfer to full-scale manufacturing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs improve throughput and enhance product quality. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions and process specifications. Perform root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement preventative measures. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. 2-5 years of direct experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) for design of fixtures tooling and process layouts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs. Experience with automation robotics or other advanced manufacturing technologies.
