Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost reduction. Design procure and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment. Support new product introductions (NPI) from prototype to full-scale production. Troubleshoot production issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including SOPs work instructions and process flowcharts. Implement continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial or a related Engineering discipline. 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment. Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in CAD software for tooling fixture and process layout design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and root cause analysis.
