Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement. Design develop and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues. Support the successful transition of new products from design to full-scale manufacturing. Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation including work instructions and process flows. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products.
