General Manager - Aerospace ManufacturingLocation: Corona, CASalary: $85,000-$90,000 annually DOE | Direct HireStaffmark is seeking an experienced and dynamic Aerospace Manufacturing General Manager to lead aerospace manufacturing operations. This executive leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge who can drive operational excellence, profitability, and business growth while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the company's strategic vision, goals, and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.Collaborate with the management team to establish long-term plans and objectives.Allocate resources effectively to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.Operations ManagementOversee Planning, Sales, Estimating, Purchasing, and coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and HR to maintain KPI performance.Ensure excellence in manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a problem-solving mindset.Maintain compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards.Safety & CompliancePromote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Maintain readiness for regulatory audits and ensure compliance with industry standards, including AS9100 and ITAR.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and inspire the management team and employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.Provide clear communication, guidance, and motivation across all organizational levels.Business DevelopmentNegotiate contracts and agreements with customers and vendors.Support company growth objectives through business development initiatives.Additional DutiesPerform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.Required QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing.Proven track record of driving operational excellence, profitability, and business growth.Technical CompetenciesDeep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.Knowledge of aerospace regulations and standards (AS9100, ITAR, etc.).Experience with KPI development, performance metrics, and operational reporting.Leadership CompetenciesExceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
