This role involves a combination of research data analysis and hands-on work to improve efficiency safety and sustainability in the production of Vertical Turbine Pump.Job Summary:TheManufacturing Engineeris responsible for designing and optimizing processes for large scale manufacturing planning and testing production methods and overseeing facility operations. This role involves a combination of research data analysis and hands on work to improve efficiency safety and sustainability in the production of Vertical Turbine Pump.Consult with report to and seek direction from current Manufacturing Engineering oversight/staff with the followingresponsibilities:Research and Development Collaborate with cross functional teamsProcess Design and Optimization Design and plan production processes Optimize processes for efficiency and cost effectivenessOptimize facility layouts to eliminate waste and improve productivityTroubleshoot and resolve production issuesSafety and Environmental Compliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols Implement and maintain safety procedures Monitor and mitigate potential environmental impactsQuality Control and Assurance Develop and implement quality control procedures Conduct quality assurance testing Ensure product consistency and quality standards are metProject Management Plan and coordinate projects from conception to completion Manage timelines and budgets Communicate with stakeholders and provide project updatesTechnical Support Provide technical support to colleagues and clients Troubleshoot technical issues Train and educate team members on new processes or productsDocumentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records and documentation Prepare reports on production processes and results Present findings and recommendations to management or clients.High Impact Behaviors:Inspired to innovate: We learn and innovate every day.Empowered to lead: We understand the role that each of us performs in contributing to our purpose and strategy leading by example positive change.Accountable to deliver: We deliver on our commitments to our customers helping them solve their greatest water challenges.Qualifications:Actively perusing a degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering with current minimum Junior year status) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
