Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement. Design develop and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues ensuring minimal downtime. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to facilitate successful new product introductions (NPI) and ensure manufacturability. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial or related engineering field. 3 years of experience in process development and optimization within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design. Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process troubleshooting and improvement. Familiarity with automation robotics and PLC systems in a production setting.
