Come and experience your future!THE WORKYou will help develop and implement manufacturing processes procedures and production layouts while supporting new technology adoption to improve efficiency cost and quality.In this exciting role you will: Develop and implement manufacturing processes procedures and production layouts for assemblies equipment installation processing fabrication and material handling in a collaborative environment. Support the adoption of new technologies and processes including automation robotics and computer aided manufacturing software to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve quality. Create and analyze 3D based model data to optimize manufacturing processes and digital work instructions. Define operation procedures and build sequences leveraging material knowledge and automation expertise to drive operational excellence. Evaluate equipment and tool performance including IoT devices to verify efficiency and initiate corrective actions for any deficiencies. Develop statistical process control approaches using factory data and integrate reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement. Provide technical input to product design regarding concepts and specification requirements to maximize equipment and manufacturing technique utilization. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills both verbal and written to clarify issues promote solutions and deliver information concisely.
