Key Responsibilities Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Design procure and validate manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in process optimization lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with CAD software for tooling fixture and assembly design. Experience with automation systems PLCs and robotics in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis. Ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and schematics.
