Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement. Design develop and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by defining manufacturing processes and ensuring manufacturability. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to processes equipment and materials. Develop and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation including work instructions and process specifications. Identify and implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturing. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial or related engineering discipline. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on process improvement and optimization. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong CAD skills for tooling fixture and process layout design. Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA). Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for production issues.
