Key Responsibilities Design develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality. Develop and implement tooling fixtures and equipment to support production. Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation including SOPs and work instructions. Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Support the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing. Analyze production data to identify areas for cost reduction and quality improvement. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field. 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment. Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of process optimization and cost reduction. Proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) and familiarity with PLM/ERP systems. Understanding of various manufacturing processes such as machining assembly automation or fabrication.
