Key Responsibilities Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost reduction. Design evaluate and procure tooling fixtures and equipment to support production. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production line issues and equipment failures. Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities ensuring manufacturability and smooth transitions. Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation including SOPs work instructions and process flowcharts. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles. Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field. 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) for tooling fixture design and process layout. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis. Knowledge of various manufacturing processes materials and equipment.
