Come enhance your career today!Purpose of RoleWe are expanding our team and looking for an effective leader for our Production Engineering and Maintenance Departments. As an Engineering and Maintenance Manager this position provides leadership for both day to day and long-term strategic initiatives. Working across multiple departments to ensure that daily production requirements are met in terms of equipment health and availability while providing sound engineering solutions to process related concerns.This position will support budget tracking, facility planning, capital management and sustaining engineering and maintenance support of production and the facility. This position will further assist in training and development of staff members and assist in strategic planning for the organization.Requirements, Key Duties and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a competent level.
