Your focus will be on improving test station quality reducing station down time and optimizing production equipment contributing directly to our teams efficiency and competitiveness.This role offers a blend of independent initiative and teamwork collaborating closely with manufacturing engineers production personnel management and support organizations. Located onsite in Cedar Rapids IA youll play a crucial role in shaping our operational excellence and innovation. This role is onsite in Cedar Rapids Iowa.What You Will DoYou will provide technical interpretations of drawings and specifications and analyze and aid test techs with troubleshootingYou will own and maintain test stations. Helping to resolve test station issues dailyYou will develop implement and maintain test station calibration while collaborating with test equipment servicesYou will eliminate/reduce test defects and improve test yields for routine issues of various levels of scopeYou will perform room cause analysis and take corrective action to resolve test failuresWhat You Will LearnDuring your tenure you will have numerous opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in various areas equipping you to enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness effectively including:You will learn how to be a manufacturing electrical engineer supporting varioushigh-frequency communication radios & circuit board manufacturing processesEngineering tools used in the build & test of HF and Tacair radios. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
