The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to manufacture high-quality products. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, efficiency standards, and quality control procedures to ensure production targets are met. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Essential Responsibilities:

Operate various production machines according to job specifications, work orders, and production schedules.

Load raw materials into the machinery.

Monitor machine cycles and parameters to ensure proper operation and prevent errors.

Perform routine and in-process quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Inspect parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and conformity to established standards and blueprints.

Other duties as assigned.Technical Functional Skills:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Basic math skills and ability to use precision measuring instruments (on-site training available).

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
