Manufacturing Manager - SPDCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a first line Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support our Mobility Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) team in Berkeley MO.This is an opportunity to manage develop and motivate a high-performance team of employees on the production line.Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.Acquires resources provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.Oversight and Ownership to Zero injury and First Time Quality cultureThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
