Manufacturing Operator

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-11pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate automated and semi-automated machinery efficiently.
• Engage in manual production tasks requiring precision and dexterity.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production process.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in production and assembly operations.
• Aptitude for machinery or previous machine operator experience.
• Ability to work with small parts effectively.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience or transferable skills.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and self-motivation.

Work Environment:

Work within a manufacturing facility, with options for first shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or second shift (3:30 PM - 11:00 PM).

This is a Permanent position based out of Biddeford, ME.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr. 16 ETO days 12 paid holidays (including Winter Closure!) Medical / Dental / Vision 401k Company Match Tuition Reimbursement $1000 Sign-On Bonus
