CoWorx is hiring multiple Manufacturing Operators for a steady 2nd shift opportunity in the Dover, NH area.
This is a great fit for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistency, and mastering a process over time.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow established processes
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Desired Background/Skills:

• Prior manufacturing or production experience required (1 year+)
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks and meet production goals
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Other Information:

• Consistent 4-day work week (long weekends!)
• Opportunity to convert to a permanent role after 600 hours
• Pay increases based on experience and long-term potential
