Manufacturing Operator
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are hiring Manufacturing Operators to join a growing advanced manufacturing company supporting industries including electric vehicles, renewable energy, advanced electronics, and national defense.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or industrial experience who are looking to grow their careers in a high-tech production environment. Whether your background is in production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, foundry, chemical processing, or another industrial environment, we are looking for individuals who are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn.
Schedule: Rotating 24/7 crew schedule consisting of alternating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Typical rotation includes 3-4 consecutive shifts followed by multiple days off. Employees are assigned to one of four rotating crews.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily equipment and area inspections
- Prepare raw materials and set up equipment according to work instructions and production requirements
- Operate manufacturing, molten metal processing, and vacuum casting equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes and adjust operating parameters to maintain quality and productivity standards
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Collect, document, and report production and operational data
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
- Support additional production and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior manufacturing or industrial experience required
- Experience in foundry, metals, casting, furnace, or high-heat manufacturing environments preferred
- Basic computer skills including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in high-temperature conditions
