Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate Mid-level and Lead planners.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes manufacturing planning and production optimization. This role involves working closely with manufacturing engineering quality and production teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing planning of products while maintaining high quality standards.Position Responsibilities:Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes and planningCollaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to review manufacturing build flows for planning producibilityCreate and maintain manufacturing work instructionsIdentify and resolve manufacturing issues to improve product quality and production efficiencyLead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste improve cycle times and enhance overall manufacturing performanceEnsure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standardsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):2 years of experience working as a manufacturing planner or reading/interpreting manufacturing plans in support of production work2 years of experience in the use of computer-aided design and simulation tools2 years of experience in a role that required excellent communication project management presentation and facilitation skillsExperience reading interpreting and enforcing standardized manufacturing processes work instructions and engineering drawing and process proceduresPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience5 years of experience in manufacturing planning & production supportSTEM focused Associate and/or Bachelors DegreeStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesCompetent in Full-Size Determinate Assembly buildsCompetent in Model-Based DesignCompetent in Geometric Dimensioning and TolerancingCompetent in MESciCompetent in PTC Creo modeling or other CAD software suitesRelocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
