Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities within a fast-paced manufacturing company. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflows across research, product development, and production while maximizing utilization of resources and meeting internal and external delivery commitments. Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make sound planning decisions. Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting. Clear communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency with planning tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
