The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline. - Strong experience in a Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) based operating system.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, internal and external customers.- Proficient in MS Office- Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus (MFC Greenbelt certified or equivalent)- Must be a U.S citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearanceDesired Skills:APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Green Belt trained/certifiedMaster’s DegreeEducational background in Operations Management or related disciplineExperience leading diverse multi-functional teamsKnowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire production supply chainMRP systems utilizing latest technology and processesIntegration of new systems and processes in to an operational organizationInventory Control knowledgeEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) extensive user experienceBachelor's degree with a concentration on Supply Chain, Operations Management or related discipline.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
