The Manufacturing Process Engineer will partner closely with design engineers, scientists, technicians, and production teams to ensure new products are designed for manufacturability and successfully transitioned into production. This individual will also play a key role in continuous improvement efforts, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting day to day manufacturing operations. Client Details A leading, globally recognized manufacturer of advanced radiation detection technology is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team in Woburn, MA. This organization specializes in the design, development, and production of high precision components used in X ray spectroscopy, analytical chemistry, and nuclear and space research applications. Description Conduct testing to ensure proper functionality of products and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and production issues Repair or replace defective components as needed Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment Support prototype builds during new product development Collaborate cross functionally to improve product and process performance Assist in resolving customer and in process failures Support production operators on the manufacturing floor Maintain accurate documentation and records of work performed Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
