Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Parts Inspector – 1st Shift Opening in the Lebanon area! 22.00 -24.00 hourly based on experience!Seeking qualified candidates for immediate openings for Parts InspectorSchedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday (First Shift)Job Description:We are currently seeking a high-energy individual to join our Machine and Tooling Assembly Team as a Parts Inspector / Quality Control in our Lebanon, Ohio facility who will help us deliver on this mission.I.                        Scope & ResponsibilitiesCoordinates with Engineering Department on inspection criteria for all manufactured partsTests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical defectsMeasures dimensions of product, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, optical comparator or Cordax, or micrometers, to verify conformance to specificationsDispositions defective products for rework or reuseNotifies supervisor or specified personnel of deviations from specificationsEvaluates and reports on customer returned materials (R.M.A.)Maintains gage calibration records and due dates using specialized softwareAdditional duties and projects as assigned and requested by the managementII.                     Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED certificate2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of manufacturing processes and proceduresKnowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the manufacture and distribution of goodsExperience with a CMMExperience with precision measuring toolsAbility to read blueprintsAbility to stand for hours at a timeAbility to repeatedly lift and carry 25 lbsAbility to work independently  Company Benefits: 401(k) Plan and Company MatchHealth / Dental / Vision / Life InsuranceHealth Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Paid Time OffEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Referral ProgramClimate Controlled Manufacturing AreaCompany DescriptionWe dare to dream.
