Quality Lead
Milgard Windows & Doors Fife, WA
Schedule: Day Shift M-F 5am-2pm with OT as needed
Pay: starts at $26 - $34 DOE
Job Summary
Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking a Quality Lead to support and drive day to day quality operations for our vinyl extrusion and pultrusion manufacturing processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet specifications, supporting process control and troubleshooting, and helping build a strong, collaborative quality team on grave shift.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on quality professional who wants to make an impact, support production partners, and contribute to continuous improvement in a manufacturing driven environment.
