Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift) (Level 3)
You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift) (Level 3) for the PAC-3 Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for repair and recapitalization of fielded launcher system equipment for the US Government and partner ally nations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift) (Level 3) you will be responsible for leading a union-represented crew of 10-20 workers on first shift, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost goals are met.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Direct daily production activities and prioritize work orders.
- Maintain strict quality standards and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust resources to meet milestones.
- Control costs through efficient labor and material utilization.
- Foster a safe, collaborative environment and mentor crew members.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
- Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams are considered a plus - Experience working in a union environment - Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and cost reduction with an understanding of business metrics to drive performance - Experience working with SAP - Previous experience in Sustainment or Repair & Return work - Must have good conflict-resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships
