For more information visit follow Carrier on social media [email protected] Responsibilities:Analyzing data to support decision-making or project developmentDelivering presentations or updates on assigned workShadowing professionals to understand workflows and industry practicesConducting market or competitor research for strategic insightsSupporting cross-functional teams on ongoing projectsRole Purpose:Enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects that reduce waste improve safety and boost productivity.Gain exposure to manufacturing systems such as ERP MES and quality control tools preparing you for future roles in operations or engineering.Optimize production workflows by assisting in process mapping time studies and lean initiatives.Basic Qualifications:Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or Masters Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Engineering or Manufacturing.Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higherMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:Basic proficiency in relevant tools or software such as Microsoft Office Power BI or industry-specific platforms.Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasksStrong communication skills both written and verbal.Teamwork and collaboration skills especially in cross-functional environments#EarlyCareersRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
