Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and design, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an essential part of the Operations department supporting production staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Middleton, WI

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Assemble and build various fixtures, signage, displays, including menu boards, countertop, and hanging units following established guidelines.
• Cut, fasten, sand materials, and ensure quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.
• Assist with packing and shipping products, ensuring proper documentation and routing for timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Support the maintenance and repair of tools and machinery to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in basic assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment operation.
• Understanding of safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting.
