We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consulting Manufacturing Test Development Engineer to join our Tech Services team. This role will be instrumental in driving the design, development, and implementation of test strategies for our cutting-edge products. The successful candidate will use their expertise in hardware validation, PCB, Test Design, Test Development, and PCBA manufacturing to ensure the highest quality of our products. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of automation test, GUI solutions, MySQL database, AWS, test automation, and various programming languages.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consulting Manufacturing Test Development Engineer to join our Tech Services team. This role will be instrumental in driving the design, development, and implementation of test strategies for our cutting-edge products. The successful candidate will use their expertise in hardware validation, PCB, Test Design, Test Development, and PCBA manufacturing to ensure the highest quality of our products. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of test strategies for new and existing products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop appropriate test strategies.
- Utilize your expertise in hardware validation, PCB, Test Design, Test Development, and PCBA manufacturing to drive product quality.
- Develop and implement automation tests, GUI solutions, and utilize MySQL database and AWS for optimal testing procedures.
- Leverage your programming skills in C/C++, Visual Studio, Python programming, MySQL, SQL, SQL Server Reporting Service, Pexpect, SSH, Telnet, RS-232, bash script, Linux, Ubuntu, Centos, VNC viewer, Console server, GUI development, Web development, and API development to enhance test capabilities.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our testing procedures remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Tech Services industry.
- Proven experience with hardware validation, PCB, Test Design, Test Development, and PCBA manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of automation test, GUI solutions, MySQL database, AWS, and test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages including C/C++, Visual Studio, Python programming, MySQL, SQL, SQL Server Reporting Service, Pexpect, SSH, Telnet, RS-232, bash script, Linux, Ubuntu, Centos, VNC viewer, Console server, GUI development, Web development, and API development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
