Please submit your resume and contact us at for immediate consideration.WORK ENVIRONMENTIn-Person Manufacturing/Production Operations ShopResponsibilities:Provide guidance and daily instruction to manufacturing production and warehouse employeesEnsure compliance of all safety regulations policies and proceduresCoordinate training of new employees and contract workersEnsure production requirements and quality of work are metAttend production meetings and confer with other departments to coordinate production activities schedule and shift goals are met.Inspect products and shipments to verify conformance to specificationsQUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIESMinimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have proficient knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office MAC word processing spreadsheets or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfullyMust have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignmentsMust be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issuesAbility to supervisor 50 associates per shift maintain positive and effective relationships with employees and contract staffPAY RATE$25-28/hour differentials offered for 2nd shift schedules MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK AM or PM SHIFTSCHEDULEMonday to Friday 1st shift schedule 6:00am start must be able to be flexible to work overtime and weekends as neededMonday to Friday 2nd shift schedule must be flexible to train on 1st shift then begin working on a 2nd shift schedule flexible to work overtime and weekends as neededWHO IS TMD STAFFINGTMD Staffing is a trusted provider of staffing and recruiting services in Texas and Maryland for over 30 years.
