You will champion payment controls ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards and drive continuous improvement in team processes. Collaboration with internal partners is key to enhancing the client experience and supporting operational transformation. This position requires a strong ownership mindset the ability to critically assess and resolve issues and a commitment to developing team capabilities in line with business priorities and Firm-wide objectives. Product knowledge and a keen focus on payment controls are essential for success in this role.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee a team serving as the primary escalation point for clients settling margin requirementsChampion payment controls ensuring rigorous oversight and continuous process improvementEnsure all margin requirements are met in accordance with margin regulations client priorities and internal risk policiesResolve complex issues related to SWIFT formatting cash and securities settlement instructions (SSIs) and securities settlements across global marketsBuild and leverage relationships across Sales/RM Compliance Technology and Operations to drive solutionsAnalyze client behavior margin balances and exceptions to identify opportunities for improvementImplement solutions to enhance client experience drive capacity gains efficiency and strengthen controlsLead and participate in cross-functional initiatives (Regulatory Strategic/Platform Exchange/Product onboarding client experience) to improve service offeringsMonitor industry developments in cleared derivatives and communicate relevant insights to management and the teamPromote a culture of continuous learning and product expertise within the teamRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsDeep understanding of Derivatives Clearing business and the end-to-end lifecycle of Futures and Cleared OTC Swaps productsProven experience in team oversight with a focus on developing talent and fostering a culture of accountabilityStrong communication skills and ability to build relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders including Sales Controls Technology and OperationsDemonstrated control mindset to identify process gaps prioritize and mitigate operational risk especially in payment controlsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to address operational and technical issues with sound judgmentAbility to prioritize drive results and influence team members in a cross-functional diverse environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multi-task and deliver against tight deadlinesCommitment to self-development and continuous learningAbility to synthesize complex information for various audiencesSeries 99 or ability to obtainPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsWorking knowledge or strong desire to learn data visualizations and analytics tools (Tableau Alteryx LLM etc.)Required Experience:Exec Key Skills Change Management,Financial Services,Growing Experience,Managed Care,Management Experience,Analysis Skills,Senior Leadership,Performance Management,Process Management,Leadership Experience,negotiation,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 95500 - 153000
