Verify credentials and ensure all crew meet U.S. Flag compliance and licensing requirements. Manage candidate records and pipelines through our applicant tracking system (ATS). Build strong relationships with candidates, maritime academies, training institutions, and industry partners. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, medicals, and travel logistics. Support onboarding, licensing, and certification processes for new hires. Track recruitment metrics and help forecast manpower needs. Stay informed on market trends, wage standards, and maritime labor regulations.What We're Looking For: Outgoing communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Highly organized and tech-savvy, with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of marine licensing and credentialing is a big plus!
