Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Market President provides strategic leadership, business development, and operational oversight for the bank within an assigned geographic market. This executive role is responsible for driving profitable growth by expanding the bank’s commercial, consumer, and deposit relationships while maintaining the highest standards of credit quality, compliance, and customer service. The Market President serves as the face of the bank in the local community—building relationships with businesses, civic leaders, and customers to strengthen the bank’s reputation and market presence.
