DescriptionWhat makes this role important at Ipsos:As a Market Research Manager (internally known as Account Manager) on the Ipsos Creative Excellence team you will be joining a passionate and entrepreneurial group of advertising experts dedicated to delivering impactful business solutions to the worlds biggest brands.Our Account Managers play an integral role within client advisory helping to execute and manage advertising research projects at varying stages of the development cycle for leading brands across diverse industries. You will work collaboratively with the broader team to uncover and communicate key insights and actionable strategies to help shape future advertising campaigns. Our Creative Excellence team supports and advises clients through the entire creative process to reach their business goals from first insights into the big idea from early concepts into final versions and even monitoring the impact post launch.What you can expect to be doing:Work with your team on impactful solutions project execution and deliverables to meet and exceed client objectives related to their advertising research needsCollaborate with team to design strategic questionnaires analyze data and interpret results thatprovide clear and actionable insights and recommendations Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure projects are managed successfully from pricing to data collection to quality assurance totimely deliveryBuild and maintain relationships with clients by responding to queries ensuring expert advisory and providing thought leadership with support from senior membersParticipate in initiatives that support our service line (i.e. growth/new product/employee training & engagement)This might be the job for you if you have:A bachelors degree or higher; excellent written verbal and presentation skills2 years of experience in market research advertising marketing or consumer insights Advertising experience is a plusA curious mindset and a genuine fascination for the field of advertisingExperience working with data and extracting meaningful insightsAn ability to learn quickly work efficiently and succeed in an everchanging innovative environmentA knack for storytelling with the capacity to express narratives visually and verballySome experience with survey design sampling plans analysis and deliveryStrong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projectsEase and confidence with thinking on your feetBusiness acumen and critical thinking skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills written and verbalExperience thriving within a team environment while making contributions to a positive cultureProficiency with MS Office & Google Workplace (Excel PowerPoint Sheets and Slides)If you dont meet 100% of the requirements we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
