Youll find smart professional mission-driven hardworking genuinely kind and good colleagues here.We primarily work remotely but have hubs in Denver and Dallas.Position Overview:Apollo Information Systems is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Content Manager to serve as our content lead. This role combines strategic thinking exceptional writing ability and AI fluency to rapidly produce high-quality proposals marketing materials and business development content that define our cybersecurity services and win new business.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end RFP response process from opportunity evaluation through final submissionPrioritize and triage bid opportunities based on strategic fit and win probabilityProject manage proposal development coordinating across technical teams and leadership to ensure all questions are answered and compliance requirements are metMaintain organized proposal library and tracking systemsMaintain internal repository of proposal content and answersDraft compelling proposals that clearly articulate our technical capabilities and value propositionDevelop comprehensive service offering marketing collateral including one-pagers capability statements presentations and pitch decksGenerate statements of work that accurately scope projects define deliverables and set clear expectationsWrite blog posts case studies white papers and thought leadership content that demonstrates our expertise and positions Apollo as an industry leaderDevelop standardized templates and frameworks for common deliverables to increase efficiencySupport website content development updates and optimizationBuild content libraries that sales and technical teams can leverage in client conversationsQualifications:Expertise using AI tools (Claude ChatGPT etc.) to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality and accuracyAbility to write clearly and persuasively for diverse audiences from technical evaluators to C-suite executivesMeticulous approach to accuracy formatting and quality controlStrong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple deadlinesCapacity to rapidly absorb technical concepts and business nuances in the cybersecurity domainStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across teams partner with external designers and coordinate with technical staff and leadershipLight PowerPoint design skills for creating professional visually appealing presentationsExpectations:At 30 days:Learn business understand how we operate and the tools we useStart the RFP writing process with guidance from teamWithin 60 days:Develop content marketing Create and update marketing library and materialsUnderstand the VAR and Services space and Apollos competitive advantageBy 90 days:Own the RFP guidance with little oversightMaintain marketing library and materialsImprove operational efficiency and processesBehaviors/Values:We have created a fantastic corporate culture our values drive our behaviors.
